Paige is a smart cookie and I think, interestingly - and maybe this is sexist but I&#039;ll say it anyway - women naturally create structures that are more flexible when give the opportunity to do so. Women typically have a lot more pressing need to do so typically because of conflicting pulls on our time.  Many men are also jumping on that bandwagon though as roles are changing at home.  

Dennis Howlett made a fine point recently about how women (that was the subject of the conversation) should stop complaining about limitations in current work life and go create structures that are better suited to them and reward their strengths... and stop trying to fight more traditional male success models.  Paige is a great example of someone who has done just that. More women adding their voices to innovation in business models and business structure would be a great thing.</description>
